I am a digger a fighter
When will we die?
I hear gunshots all around
I see wounded people on the ground
I want to survive this war
I am a Digger and fighter.
I am injured badly
I feel like I am going to die soon
I touch fellow mates who are dead
I worry that I will not make it home
I cry for my family and friends
I am a digger and fighter.
I understand we are fighting for freedom
I saw we are going to survive one more day
I dream I will get home to see my family
I ret to survive and go home
I hope this war will end soon
I am a digger a fighter.
