Voices, get out of my head.
I hate the places by you I've been led.
I follow you forwards, you direct me back
I wish I could ignore the things you said.
Please just let me be free.
I'm begging to just be me.
You throw me forwards then drag me back.
I wish I had a chance to flee.
Why are you always there?
You treat me without any care.
You pressure me forwards and you torture me back.
I wish happiness wasn't so rare.
Whispering silently in the dark.
You've left your nightmarish mark.
You gave me a way forward, but no way back.
I wish on this journey I did not embark.
