Jealously within the Senate
Ultimately honoured in Rome and fought to defend it.
Lawlessly murdered on the steps
Internally Rome plunged into it's depths
Useless bodyguards let him die.
Senates corruption put greed in their eye.

Cunning and strong
Armies gave their loyalty for so long
Ending the war in Gaul
Strength and honour for all
All Hail Caesar, Dictator for life!
Rest in Peace Caesar the Great!
