My mother does say never do play in the magical, mystical forest
But I wonder, hey why do never play in the magical, mystical forest
Do apples grow as big as toads and move ‘round like a kangaroo
If you meet a garden gnome do you have to say how do you do
Is everything nice, no trouble or strife, is everyone kind and clean
Is everything stranger with cunning and danger, and elves that are sly and mean
My mother does say never do play in the magical mystical forest
But I wonder, hey why do never play in the magical mystical forest
But I wonder, hey why do never play in the magical mystical forest
