The bombs are flying, people are dying
People are yelling and screaming
As well as spot lights beaming
When the husband’s go to war,
Wives are crying
Wives don’t know when their husband’s are coming home.
When wives are crying, they don’t know when their husband’s are coming home.
When planes are flying
When people are dying
When the Japanese were lying
When the soldiers on the floor, dead and alive.
When the soldiers were fighting for their lives.
He feels this is his last day to remember them.
