I love you,
Further than words or measure.
Even awaiting death I’ll dwell by your side,
No matter how many countless, crimson drops are shed.
They could seize me.
Naught will diminish my love.
They could torture me.
In my agony I would never betray you.
They could destroy me.
I’d be by your side.
If I must slay the roaring beast,
I will do it, merely for you.
My love remains engraved in my heart, never heeding the price.
Resting upon my vanishing breath,
The words ‘I love you…’ will cling.
Surely, that is true love.
