Never did I think I would fall in love
For love had always been seen so forceful
But now love is all i see, it’s so strong
The feeling creeps up from within my soul
And Romeo is all the eye can see
O Romeo, a Montague you are...
Such dishonour to our names if they knew
My own family enemy is true love
Should i end this love before it’s too painful
My soul will be dead like trees in autumn
My Father would be mad at such a thing
If he knew I would be in deep trouble
O’ Romeo, for we must keep it a secret
But, this secret cannot last forever
O so big and hard would it be to hide
Why does society abhor our love?
Will our love ever be so deserving?
My parents once were young don’t they understand
Why should I marry someone I don’t love?
Why should I hate someone that I do love?
O how I love my Romeo so much
But forever our love is forbidden
How our love is the beauty of our soul
The rarest dream that the eye can picture
Moments i share with you are so happy
Our love has no impossibilities
It is a single soul in two bodies
You are everything to me, my life.
Everything I desire, I see in you
Beyond the imaginable we imagine
O’ when I see you I see true beauty
I love you not only for what you are
But for what I am when I am with you
Your affection is what keeps me going
Even in the darkest nights your soul shines bright
So unconditional like a true love
How I can’t even imagine heaven
For I am in heaven when I’m with you
How our hearts belong and fit together
Like a missing piece in a puzzle...
