Tears

They say that the sky can cry
It can cry with joy or sadness
And a long time ago tears would fall everyday
But now it is silent, feeling no emotion

They say that when the sky cries,
The world comes to life
Colours blossom everywhere
And plants spring out of the ground

They say when the sky cries
Everything seems to be fragile
Almost like when you touch it,
It would break off and fall down to the ground

They say the sky can cry
Yet how can I believe them
If the tears rolling down my cheeks,
Can’t do any of those things?
