The government was what the army looked up to,
The soldiers were proud of who they were.
Even though they didn’t know they’d be sent into the gloom,
Which then they would try and detere.
The soldiers drove towards the shore in their imposing boat,
They jumped out of their boat and landed in the sludge.
By then half of their body was soaked,
Their legs and feet could barely budge.
People begin to fall like dominos in the wind
Coming, crashing, crawling
They start to act like wild animals
Seeing, screaming, screeching
That night the soldiers hid underneath the stars,
And creped cautiously around like cats in the night.
Their skin shining with red painful scars,
As they trembled as they waited for the sunlight.
That morning they prepare for more action to happen,
They don’t want to go but they do anyway.
Everything they experienced on the field, they map them,
And lead their struggling group towards the safer way.
