What is this war we are in?
Why must man sin?
The constant struggle and pain,
What honestly is there to gain?
Constant struggles and unstoppable rain,
Does the horror never end?
The slightest move will always hurt
But the pain opens our eyes.
And as we should know, the pain will wash away
And lights shall guide the way
He can change it all,
The burden will fall,
Suffering shall end,
Pain will cease,
And over suffering, joy shall come
Just like His Son.
