Yesterday I was embarrassed to the max,
Yesterday I had to pay my tax,
That left me with not much money,
Yesterday I ate off honey,
And had a runaway bunny,
Yesterday was tragic but we forget about the past.
Today is a new day,
today is a happy day,
Today I feel as lucky as a gold coin,
Today is the present you can’t go back to yesterday because the door is closed and locked.
Tomorrow is another day,
Tomorrow you hope for a better day,
Tomorrow your wish could come true,
Tomorrow the world could end,
Tomorrow will eventually be yesterday.
