I know a lot about the sun, a yellow star to keep us warm
With solar winds and solar flares, sunspots and solar eclipse
A giant ball of hydrogen and helium that gives us light and heat
I appreciate the planet’s too, all the spheres form a line
I know about the dwarf planets, the moons, the and our Milky Way
It’s a look into the beyond up above us
The deadly gases that are held within the dark nothingness
With a telescope I examine the sky
I dream of the great minds of the sky like Isaac Newton
One day I too will study the sky
