Throw the ball at the net

Catch the ball to stop the other team from scoring

Hold the ball for more than three seconds and you lose it

Out of the circle the ball must bounce to get a point

Use teamwork to get a point

Keeping your eyes on the ball

Bounce in the circle and no point

Avoid dropping the ball

Let everybody have a go

Lose, win or draw, it's good times galore!
