A life unlived,
A soul flies away,
A body becomes limp.

She went to sleep,
It was just a nap,
Ten months old,
Her heart wasn't strong.

A baby falls asleep,
Her parents now know,
It was SIDS who took her,
It was beyond their control.

They tried to save her,
Left with only a kiss,
It was time for God to take her,
Good-bye Marlee.
