Music is old, music is new, and music is a way from me to you
Music is one, music is fun, and music makes you run like a bullet from a gun
Music excites, music unites you put it in your ear and always keep it near
It helps you through sadness and keeps you from madness
Music is the way to the heart; to me it’s more than art
Classical, rock and punk, each person says the other is junk
Jazz, pop and rap, they all say the other is crap
Here is something you can tell your brother or your mother, you can’t have one without the other
Music is music it makes people happy, if you don’t like it then just leave it chappie
I am just a happy boy, wanting to bring the world some joy
I’m not in it for the moneys or the honeys
I’m in it for the joy
Music is life for this young boy
