Some say, the world is to end
In fire.
Some say, in ice.
It's likely to fall
in the clutches of desire
For hate to win,
and love to miss.
But some say, the world can live on,
Filled in love, serene in bliss
To look at only the silver lining
the cheek of the cloud that the sun has kissed.
Those are the ones
that keep the world alive
that breath in life
and snuff out the stare of death
Those are the ones who are lucky,
Those who understood the meaning of life
Who don't worry about fire
or ice.
