One And Only....

Your hands shake Your smile dies,
Your pictures fade but your still alive,
when we were kids and had just met,
you were so kind and had no regret,
we took all we had and turned it to more,
we showed our friends love and they showed us support,
and down on one knee you ask for my hand,
for the rest of our lives together to spend,
so now we wait side by side,
with our vows down on paper let me pray this is right,
you are the dream of a lifetime,
the man in my mind for the moments we spend are the ones I must bind,
as our lives and memories begin to grow old,
as we age and forget it is these moments I need to hold.
