Basketball Through My Eyes

I like to play basketball every day,
I think about it always during work and play,
I play it on the weekends and during the week too,
It is my favourite thing to talk about, think about and do.

I play it, watch it and ref it as well,
I love it so much, if you can't already tell,
I always support the great sydney kings,
I think they're so good, it's like they have wings.

I love the feeling when you bound up the court,
I hope you can agree its definitely the best sport,
Dribbling the ball as you run along,
How can something so easy feel wrong.

My idol for sure has to be Andrew Gaze,
The way he handles the ball will amaze,
Well for sure this poem has been fun,
But now I'm sorry I really must run.
