Dark, threatening waves growl up high,
Grey gloomy clouds take over the once blue sky.
Captains yell orders to their crew,
To save their old rotting boats, all of them once brand new.
There is not wind, but a blowing gale,
And every once and a while, a bit of hail.
"Help us" yells a sailors cry,
But the ships creaks and groans is his only reply.
The crew agree that they would rather be at home eating pies,
Than looking after the ship till morning would rise.
All of the captains and sailors agree,
There has never been a worse storm at sea.
