A Bleeding Sky

A landscape filled with explosions and dust,
The ground cracks from core to crust,
In the beginning we come from the same mother,
So why must we hurt each other?
We once worked together in the human beehive,
But now we won't let ourselves survive,
We have broken too many creeds,
This is the earth when the sky bleeds.
We could stay in this world much longer,
If we made our hearts, not weapons, stronger,
Our survival will not come to an end,
If we could all just be friends.
Every time we start a war,
We knock at the apocalypses' door,
All we commit now are bad deeds,
This is the earth when the sky bleeds.
