Find it hard to breathe
Hungry and anxious to finish the race
But I know I must go a slow pace
Looking at the astonishing view
As if I had never seen anything so
impossible yet true
All of a sudden I see the arches of the end
About to explode
Can't comprehend
Run like the wind
To seal the deal
For the doctors and nurses
Boy do they not know how I feel
I have done it
I have proved death wrong
I have proved that not giving in has made me
strong
