You tear me down without a single word
And forever point out my every flaw
My heart has become a stone
Hardened by years of your twisted ways
But my soul shall never believe such taunts
While all else is lost, I still search beyond myself
For what never existed
The lost beauty which fell so far
I walk away from the pain you inflict
Leaving my reflection behind me
