Behind me lies the wilderness
Before me nothing but empty plains and hillocks
And the spires of the castle
A darkened silhouette against
The golden flecks of sunset
So I must journey on toward
This waiting, empty silhouette
And pray that these shadows return
My hollow, aching memories
So that the pain of realisation and regret
Is worth the agony of waiting
In the unknown
