I'm sitting at my laptop,
In my ordinary room.
Trying to write a poem,
about a world that's met its doom.
I've never been the gloomy type,
so I wonder what to write.
I've thought of all the normal stuff,
of monsters, big and tough.
Of seas that reach the deserts,
and wind that really hurts!
The worlds that crash like waves,
and the growing amount of graves.
Thought of environmental collapses,
that go round and round in laps
None of which, I would write,
So all I can think is...
What should I type?
