A fake smile I wear like a mask in a play ,
The kind made out of paper and clay,
a fake laugh I share with all around me
let me disappear I plea silently,
They think I have it easy?
This life of mine?
The one where I'm tormented and hurt?
They think my life is sublime,
I admit there are others worse of than me,
But my pain is my worst fear, the fear…,
That they'll drag me down and hit me again,
Or advance on me again just to leer.,
I'm not proud to say I'm scared,
I wish I could be so much stronger,
But years of torment I have fared,
My walls are weak and wont last much longer.
