A swarming wave growing in length
Many more days in the sweltering heat
Struggling to catch a breath in the torturous conditions
Mouth so dry I feel I may just expire

The smell of sweat in the excruciating heat
The endless hope this will just end
It passes crashing into the shore the everlasting tide is no more
