I go to school. I do as much work as I possibly can but I don’t get it. I just don’t get what I am supposed to do. The work is just so hard. I try my hardest but I just can’t get anything right. I can’t even make friends. Everyone just ignores me and people bully me every day.
I went home and asked my mum why everyone hates me but my mum doesn’t even listen. I hate myself. Why was I born like this?
The next day I went to the doctors. They gave me some blood tests and gave me the heart breaking news. I had cancer. I don’t know what type of cancer. I ran outside and jumped into the nearest river.
I floated on my back for a while thinking about my life. I thought about all the good things in my life. I decide I am not going to end my life like this. I still have a family and most importantly…a chance.
A chance for life. I swim to the edge then all of a sudden the river starts to take me away from the edge. It’s turning into a raging river. It takes me far from where I jumped into the river. All of a sudden everything goes black…
I wake up to a doctor standing over the hospital bed I am laying in. I have a severe concussion. I must have hit my head on a rock. I am now back at home and my cancer isn’t as bad. I have stopped being bullied and I have lots of friends.
