I need no introduction you know who I be
An Australian legend by the name off Ned Kelly
My story isn't fiction it is infact real
I was imprisoned for a horse i didn't, steal
A copper named Fitzpatrick took a liking to my sister Kate
Didn't like the rejection so he stole our horses for bait
We stole them back, of course we did
Then to let things to cool down in the bush we hid
They called us outlaws and arrested my ma
not going to take this in justice
they had gone to far
we warned them that we seemed revenge and declared a war,
we robbed banks ,
burnt mortgages ,
took hostages to live up to the name 'OUTLAW'
but the plan to fight off the coppers it did fail
my gang were dead and i was taken off to Melbourne gaol
hung by the neck without trial
then in a mass grave my body was added to the pile
in my home town Greta
near Glenrowan
8 miles to the west
132 years later my body was laid to rest
