Scarlet Rose and The Pearl White

It blooms on a barren bush,
pure as white,
deep as life.

It blooms on a dark day
thunder tolling,
sea at war,
winds in a hurry.

It blooms on a winter day,
cold and proud,
deep as night.

It blooms into a happy day,
joy in abundance,
laughter echoing of the walls.

It blooms in another universe,
time seems to be of no use,
these two bloom as one.
