Born in India a country so far
A hunter came to make you a star
He took you away from your home
Nobody was with you, you were all alone
You reached Australia a different land
You met your owner he lent you a hand
You brought the children fun and joy
But some children just came to annoy
You loved your owner so
A tragedy happened
An accident though
You had a heart of gold which was so great
The people who killed you must have been filled with hate.
We will remember you Queenie
