When your world is like a great staircase
When your life is wrapped in darkness
And you're always in the hiding place

God's calling gently for the chance
To be your friend and guide
To clear a place within your heart
Where laughter can abide...

To be the life and soul within
The party of your heart
So offer him the chance to give
Your life a brand new start
