A Day At The Beach

The beautiful yellow sand, the aqua foamy waves. There's nothing like the beach on hot and sunny days. There's shell and sand right beneath your toes, there's nothing like the beach on your red, sunburnt nose. There is long coral, there is pumice stone, there is nothing like the beach on your skin and bone. I watch the crabs scurry, I watch the surfers glide, there's nothing like the beach washed up in the tide. I run up the hot sand dunes, I run down them fast, there’s nothing like the beach to make the time pass. I swim in the waves, they make my eyes sting, there's nothing like the beach for a run and a swim.
