Beethoven his music
Earl had his karma
Picasso his paint stick

But inspiration is so hard to find
In a world that has decided to close the blind
On the creative aspects of the feather and ink
The changes came with just a blink

So one day our children will find
A remnant mystery left behind
They will wonder how a record worked
And what Miley Cyrus thought when she twerked

Before you do what must be done
Think about the race you have run
For some day when your children look back
You will be the old fashioned one
