I have something purple,
I have a big balloon.
It is very, very big,
Bigger than the moon!
My balloon has something else,
Some long hanging string.
It is purple like the balloon,
A long dangly thing!
When it is in the light,
It shines a lot no doubt.
Oh no, I’ve seemed to let it go
Another one shall sprout!
This one is pink instead,
It’s rounder than a ball
This balloon won’t fly away,
No helium, it will fall!
Blow up more and more and more,
Pop them if you dare,
However, I must warn you,
It might give you a scare!
I’m starting to get a headache,
From blowing up balloons,
I think I’ll do something else,
In the afternoons!
