You Still Are The World To Me

You were the world to me, and still are the world to me.
I need you here, by my side, as I go through life.
I need you to survive.
- You're my rock when I'm weak.
You're my glitter in the dark.
You're the power deep in my heart.
- You're the one that makes me smile, the one that controls my heart.
You make it stop, every time you laugh.
Without you, I'm a butterfly without wings.
Without you, my soul is empty.
- You've fished for love and have found it.
You've found my heart and have hooked it.
You and I, both can't seem to let go.
But you've already left me, broken and empty,
Like an ocean with no fish.
