So beautiful, yet so black
So full of hope, yet so dead
Falling so far, yet rising higher than the tallest building
Growing, yet losing your true height
Drowning, yet still breathing
Lying, yet still revealing your true content
Singing, yet not a sound is heard
Reading, yet not a word in sight
So foggy, yet predictable
So energetic, yet paralysed
Relatable, yet misunderstood
Walking with grace, yet still stumbling into new realms
Not thinking, yet somehow knowing
Waiting in agony, yet peacefully dreaming
Mending your wounds, yet tearing them back open
Perfect fantasy, yet flawed reality
