Never Good Enough

She's feeling worthless, no sense of purpose.
She's not in the crowd, too different, not allowed.

She's looking unshakeable, but crystal, breakable.
She's weeping, she's crying. On the inside, she's dying.

And he keeps saying 'Lazy, get some sun, Pasty'
And he keeps on whispering, "She's ruining everything."

And his eyes are rolling, cause he's sniggering and joking.
And his sarcasms stark, it's breaking her heart.

This is her existence, her space, her resistance.
Reaching out for hope or some way she can cope.

She's trying to stay positive. Passive, forgive, let live.
She's trying to stay tough, but she's never good enough.
