Oi is a Tasmanian devil who lives in Tasmania with his sister, mother and father.
Oi’s mum and dad dreamed to go to Sydney
‘But who would take care of the tribe?’
They both said,
“I’ll take care of the tribe”
Oi’s sister said in a firm voice
Oi’s mother and father had no choice.
A few weeks later they set off to Sydney.
They stayed at a lovely hotel.
on the second day the phone rang Oi’s father answered it as he walked out of the room. When he came back in with a worried face and said
We need to go back to Tasmania.
“The boat will be ready soon” Oi’s mum said
“you can explore for a little while” she added.
So Oi found a dazzling hidden waterfall, he
Saw some red flowers.
He also saw a speedy emu named Dust.
Oi and Dust raced together,
Oi spotted a shiny thing in a bush, he said bye to
Dust to see what it was.
It was a frog that was very old.
Soon Oi found that he was lost
He found a path that led to a small hut.
In that hut was a wise old koala,
“is there’s way for me to find my mum and dad? Oi said “to find what you want you must follow
The stars”.
Oi walked out the hut he looked up at the dark starry sky. Then he saw a path of stars! He followed the path and found his mother.
“where ready to go” she said.
As soon as Oi got home
SURPRISE!!!
The whole village shouted
“happy birthday Oi” his mum said
