The Big Denmark Circus

It’s a month before the big Denmark circus and Jack and his two friends Tom and Joel went and signed up for the circus. They were all so excited to be able to perform in front of a massive crow and show off all the tricks that they can do, so every Monday night after
school they rode their bikes down the dry dusty road in the scorching sun to get to the massive circus tent that they trained in. There were elephants and horses, jugglers and acrobats, people were flying everywhere. The day before the big show Bill the boss came
to opened up, and as he walked into the back room he found that the cannon was missing. Bill gasped and called the police. “Hi, is this the police”, sobbed Bill. “Yes this is, how can we help you sir”, replied the police. “I am Bill the owner of the Denmark Circus. I have just opened up and found that my cannon has been stolen”, exclaimed Bill. “Alright
Bill we will see what we can do for you”, answered the police.
Bill then rang a few other people that might know who took it, but no one knew anything.
Bill then rang Jack. “Hey Jack its Bill hear, you don’t know anything about the missing
cannon do you”, Bill grumbled. “No Bill, I don’t know anything about it. Whys that”,
replied Jack. “Yeah well someone pinched it last night, and we need it for the show on
Saturday”, Bill exclaimed. “Ok Bill, I will come and help look for it”, pleaded Jack. “Righto
Jack, see you at 10:00am”, Thanked Bill.
Jack quickly called up Tom and Joel to come and help him look for the cannon. So when they all got to the circus there were police and people everywhere. Jack quickly ran over
to Bill and asked what they could do. Bill just asked them to keep watch out for any
suspicious behaviour. So Jack and his friends are looking around the circus for about an
hour and then they see something big on a trailer with a tarp over it drive past. Jack calls
out to Tom and Joel and they take off after it in their pushbikes. They finally catch up to it
as it turns off onto a gravel road. The gravel road leads up to a very old shed, so all three
of them ride up to the shed and sneak around the corner. They see two guys unloading
the cannon. Jack quickly calls up Bill and tells him he found it. Within half an hour Bill
arrives with the police and they arrest the two guys that took the cannon. They finally get
the cannon back to the circus and the show goes on. Jack gets to perform his tricks and
the cannon gets shot. Everyone had such a great night.
