Look at my house full of pictures
it brings back so many good memories
of people I have loved and laughed with
but if you see us now the happiness has gone away
some have gone from our lives forever
but are always in our hearts as a part of us
a picture is a happy moment frozen in time
but all you see now is sadness and pain
if we try to understand each other’s story
we begin to see our way back
back to those frozen moments in time
where we can help to bring back pure joy.
