You see the waves crashing,
But not what causes them.
You see the branches swaying,
But not what moves them.
You see the whirlwind twisting,
But not what started it,
You see her hair tossing,
But not what’s teasing it.
So you think,
What could it be, that causes the crashing waves,
Makes the braches sway,
Starts the twisting whirlwind and
Teasingly tosses her hair?
You find the answer,
In a whisper,
In the wind.
