Your orange, soft leather is so defying,
And when I say this, no I’m not lying.
You are made with such cautious precision,
Like a little kid on his birthday for something he’d be wishin’.
But the only thing that I would wish,
Is every shot I’d take would be a swish.
We’ve been through good times and the bad,
We first met through my very own dad.
Your round, detailed shape is a beauty of nature,
I don’t know what I’d do without cha’
You’ve always been there for me,
Indoor or outdoor, it doesn’t matter what the weather would be.
You’re my best friend; you’re the one on my mind when I’m nappin’.
This is it, the NBA, where amazing happens.
