One hundred and forty characters remaining; get writing.
We are a generation where conversations are rarely held by word of mouth,
But we are the ones to blame.
Computers block the path from people centimetres between each other.
For distance is no match for these machines,
Each one of us has been infected by the disease.
Friend requests over friendships,
Gaining followers is all that matters,
How is social media “social” when its ripping us further apart.
“Yolo” is not a word,
“Luv u!” but do I?
Common sense hides behind blank words on the screen,
Our intentions are all masked, post after post.
King of the world, the Internet reigns,
Thoughts unleashed, and the consequences? Forgotten.
And X-rays don't show signs of this kind of damage.
You might not realise the effects of your next status.
Zero characters remaining; maybe you should rephrase that.
