We rely on a thing called a phone,
We stop our world, it's our life we postpone.
Our heads are down, focused on a screen,
It's hurting our brain, there are minds we have to clean.
They're taking over our world, stealing all of our time,
Who is the one to blame, you, you're doing the crime.
It's a cheat controlling our brain, one day it'll turn on us all,
Stop what you're doing, look at your phone, there's a text or there's a call.
It's changing how we think, changing what we do,
It's wrong! It's a trap I'm telling you!
Our minds are shut down, not playing outside,
We sit on our phone, in a shell is where we hide.
Stop, look up, put your phone down,
You'll be so amazed of what's all around.
This world is amazing, so keep it that way,
Let's create a new life, let's start it today.
