I Am The Moon

I am the moon,
I shimmer, shine and show brightly in the deep dark blue night sky,
I cry tears of big, bright and beautiful jewels,
I gaze boastfully at myself in the mirror all night in the sparkly light,
I see the earth go past me quickly, and it goes WHOOSH!
I try to stay up all night with some hope,
I am the one that gloriously glows the most out of them all,
I am the biggest light, even bigger than the stars,
I am as silver as a perfectly clean spoon,
I look like a very big and bold shiny sprinkle,
I think I am the best light out of all the stars,
I can see everything from where I am, up in the sky,
I laugh out loud when my silly, starry friends tell me jokes,
I am the moon.
