I am only human
I wonder what the future will bring
I hear the birds singing
I see the sun rising
I want to know what life has in store
I am only human

I pretend to be an adult
I feel, but I feel small inside
I try to touch the sky
I worry that I will fall
I don't want life to end but I know it will
I am only human

I hope I can be the best
I dream about being on top
I try to make a path for others
I am only human
