Close your eyes and take a nibble,
Can you feel your mouth start to dribble?
Warm, smooth, creamy delight,
I crave for chocolate morning, noon and night.
White, dark, nutty and sweet,
I like it more than just a treat.
Supermarkets, shops and even online,
Anywhere you buy them they’ll taste just devine.
Colourful wrappers, crunchy and bright,
Which one will I choose which one will be right?
Three for two dollars, or one dollar fifty each,
The ones on the top shelf are just out of reach.
I’ve got the one I want; it’s the last one in the packet,
I’m going to sneak this one in my jacket.
“Come on” says mum, hand it over to me,
“You know you can’t have that just before tea"
