The rain is tumbling down in its rhythmic beat,
Droplets of water echoing through fast falling sleet,
A sky crying down its bitter-sweet rain,
One lonely, lost soul filled with pain.
The rain pelting down, from the sky it departs,
To caress our faces and embrace our hearts,
Let the rain wash away your bad memories,
Let the rain fill your mind with soothing melodies.
So powerful is the rain that nobody can defeat,
But instead let it take you to places that turn sour to sweet.
The rain is like magic in a jar, waiting to be let out,
So do not have fear and do not have doubt,
Trust the rain with all your mighty mind,
Remember that joy is forwards and grief was behind.
With welcoming arms and a sad smile I ask you,
Will you dance with me in the rain, for this dream to come true?
