Creepy cats crawl
In the darkness of night
Dainty dogs dance
To the music of stars
I creep through dark alleyways
With no friend at my side
No one to pull me
Through the struggle of life
I come to a river
Dark in reflected light
The reflections dance teasingly
Before weary traveller’s eyes
I run to the top of the bridge
Climb onto silver railings
Count to three
Jump
