You Will Be Watching Me

Everywhere I go you will be watching me,
Whether it is higher than the mountains,
Or longer than the seas,
I will be watching you and you will be watching me.

I will hear you panting behind me,
Then I will feel your paw in mine,
We will climb the greatest mountain,
And conquer the greatest sea,
But no matter where you go,
I will be watching you and you will be watching me.

But one day not far away I wont climb the mountains or swim the seas.
I wont out run the pound but it will out run me.
I’ll be in a cage not far from the mountains but miles from the seas
I will be all alone, until your friendly bark reminds me…
You are watching me.
